The service

FreshStart Interior provides mobile car interior detailing at your location in Maple Ridge, BC and the surrounding communities listed on the site. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Packages and add-ons are described on fsidetail.com; where a price says "from", the final price is confirmed on sight before work begins — some jobs, such as mold removal, can only be quoted once the vehicle has been seen.

Bookings and arrival

Online bookings reserve an arrival window rather than an exact minute, and the confirmation states that window. Time on site depends on the condition of the vehicle. If we need to reach you about a booking, we will use the contact details you provided.

Text messaging (SMS) program

By ticking the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive informational and appointment-related text messages from FreshStart Interior at the number you provide — about your enquiry, quote, booking, appointment reminders and service follow-ups.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies depending on your bookings and enquiries.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time — you will receive a final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 778-771-4937 or freshstartdetailingca@gmail.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your number and consent records is described in the Privacy Policy — your mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Your vehicle

Please remove valuables before the appointment. Pre-existing damage, wear, or staining that cannot be fully corrected will be pointed out rather than papered over — some conditions, noted on the site, can be improved but not guaranteed removed.

Liability

We carry out the work with reasonable skill and care. Our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the laws of British Columbia or Canada.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
