Who we are

FreshStart Interior is a mobile car interior detailing business operating in Maple Ridge, British Columbia and surrounding communities. This policy explains what personal information we collect through fsidetail.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have — in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act, and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, phone number and email address, when you book online, request a callback, or join the loyalty program.
• Booking details — your service address, vehicle type, the package and add-ons you choose, and anything you tell us in the notes or photos you attach. We use your address to plan travel and scheduling.
• Nothing in the background — the site has no advertising trackers. Address autocomplete is provided by Google Maps when you type in the address field, subject to Google's own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To schedule and perform the detailing service you asked for.
• To contact you about your enquiry, quote, booking, or appointment.
• To keep a record of the work done on your vehicle.

We do not sell personal information. Your information is stored in the customer-management and scheduling platform we use to run the business, and is accessed only for the purposes above.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from FreshStart Interior at the number you provided. These may include replies to your enquiry, quotes, booking confirmations, appointment reminders and follow-ups about your service.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can book or request a callback without opting in to texts.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also withdraw consent by calling or emailing us using the details above.
• No mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or SMS consent data will be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Withdrawing consent

Under CASL you may withdraw your consent to receive electronic messages from us at any time. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us directly — we will action it promptly.

Retention and security

We keep booking and service records only as long as needed to run the business and meet legal obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Payment is handled in person or through the payment provider at the time of service; the website does not store payment card numbers.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within a reasonable time.
